Even If…The Storm Has Passed

Do you praise?
Sometimes we think the hardest part is the storm we're currently experiencing. There's uncertainty, waiting, loss, or maybe just questions we can’t answer.
But sometimes, the hardest part comes after the storm has passed. When the noise settles, when the adrenaline wears off, or when we finally have space to think about everything we’ve been through.
What do you do then? Do you praise?
Habakkuk reminds us that sometimes faith looks like getting quiet before God.
Sometimes we simply need to stop and remember: God is still God, He is still good, and He is still worthy of our praise.
Praise isn’t just something we offer when everything is going right.
We praise when it’s hard.
We praise when we’re tired.
We praise when we don’t understand.
We praise when the storm is raging.
Because our praise isn’t dependent on our circumstances. Our praise is a response to who God is!
So today, remember to be still. Even if it’s hard, take a moment to praise Him.
