WholeHearted Groups

These groups offer a safe, structured space for individuals to learn, grow, and gain practical tools through a balance of mental health education and discipleship practices. Guided group discussion and shared experiences help reduce isolation and leave participants feeling better equipped to find wholeness as they navigate life.
